I help older teens, and 20 and 30-somethings believe that their needs matter, get clear & comfortable on who they are, learn to accept and love themselves, and feel empowered in their life.

Enough of the constant anxiety about “getting it right”, always putting others first, worrying about what other’s think, questioning if you are “too much” or "not enough", listening to the “I shoulds” and unwarranted guilt, and living your life people-pleasing, perfecting, and performing for others.

Whether it’s walking away from unbalanced relationships, leaving a job or school you hate, cutting down on your workaholic or overachiever, perfectionistic tendencies, reducing a fixation w/ food or body image, learning to say what you truly want in life, or managing anxiety with any transitions, please know change is possible.

You don’t have to feel trapped, unhappy, insecure, scared, rundown and/or resentful, I guide you as you tap and live out the  belief that you can make changes for YOU.

I understand that traditional therapy in the office is not for everyone... and especially for busy-bodies, always-on-the-go, or those who travel a lot for work! Online services might not be suitable for everyone, so we can figure out over the phone.

I also love working with those that are goal-oriented, self-reflective, and who want to explore on how they can up-level and be their best selves.

We can approach our time together to be more solution-focused and action-oriented, if you want. We can discuss ideal number of sessions.

You matter. You really do. If you are reading this and wonder if you can fit therapy or 'therapy-ish' services,  into your busy schedule, please know I can offer online sessions (cutting down on commute time) for the right-fit clients.

45- 50 minutes of your entire week to invest in yourself isn’t selfish. You are so worth it.

I strongly believe that YOU deserve to live a life that supports being your best you.

Living in an imperfect world can inevitably create challenges that can be overwhelming to bear alone. Sometimes our past or current experiences influence our perspective and cloud our ability to see alternative options, so therapy can be helpful for that reason.

I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and creative atmosphere to help you uncover inner resources, develop new perspective and ways of approaching your life to help you feel more accepting of yourself and confident in your own skin.

For those who are unsure of what really happens in therapy or how I approach certain therapuetic specialities,  please click on Therapy FAQs.

My therapeutic approach includes mindfulness, compassion, and rebuilding a connection with yourself and others.

With thoughtful processing of your concerns along with other research-backed strategies, you will learn how to quiet unhelpful thoughts and beliefs about yourself.

You will have space to explore and clarify what is needed to be your best you. I aim to empower you to experiment with new ways of looking and approaching your concerns.

Compassion is the antidote to a lot of issues that my clients struggle with, so you better believe my approach to therapy is infused with understanding and acceptance.

Not only does therapy help you to receive compassion and understanding, I help you learn how to to cultivate it for yourself.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, and a helper by nature.

My clinical training and experience counseling adolescents, adults, and families, combined with my passion for helping others, has best equipped me to specialize in eating disorder recovery, body image concerns, teenagers and twenty-somethings, relationships, anxiety and stress management , and overall wellness.

I also am certified to offer therapuetic yoga (click here to find out how it's different than a studio experience). My strong commitment to lifelong learning allows me to provide the best possible service to my clients.

When I'm not working with clients in therapy, you can find me in search of my next outdoor adventure, drinking (too much) coffee, and spending time with loved ones.

I hope to have the honor of working alongside you to move towards living a fulfilled life that you so deserve!
