create balance in your life & relationships

learn to accept, love, and be compassionate to yourself

feel confident and empowered to make changes

If you are tired of the constant overthinking & anxiety, feeling burnt out, worrying about what others' think, and never feeling good enough, I’m here to remind you there is another way.

It's time to stop people-pleasing, perfecting, & performing for others.

On another note—if you also are looking for support during life transitions, consider yourself a highly sensitive person, and/or just interested in personal development, I'm here to help you be your best self.

I understand that traditional therapy in the office is not for everyone... and especially for busy-bodies, always-on-the-go, or those who travel a lot for work! Online services might not be suitable for everyone, so we can figure out over the phone.

I also love working with those that are goal-oriented, self-reflective, and who want to explore on how they can up-level and be their best selves. We can approach our time together to be more solution-focused and action-oriented, if you want. We can discuss ideal number of sessions.

You matter. You really do. If you are reading this and wonder if you can fit therapy or yoga services into your busy schedule, please know I can offer online sessions (cutting down on commute time) for the right-fit clients.

Less than an hour of your entire week to invest in yourself isn’t selfish. You are so worth it.

My therapeutic approach includes mindfulness, compassion, and rebuilding a connection with yourself and others.

Living in an imperfect world can inevitably create challenges that can be overwhelming to navigate alone.

Sometimes our past or current experiences can influence and cloud our perspective to see alternative options. Therapy can be helpful for developing clarity and new ways of viewing yourself.

I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and creative atmosphere to help you uncover inner resources, develop new perspectives, ways of thinking, and approaches to taking actions in your life.

For those who are unsure of what really happens in therapy or how I approach certain therapeutic specialities,  please click on Therapy FAQs.

My clinical training and experience counseling older adolescents, adults, and families has best equipped me to specialize in disordered eating & body image concerns, teenagers and 20 & 30 somethings, relationship issues, anxiety and stress management , and overall wellness.

I also am certified to offer therapuetic yoga (click here to find out how it's different than a studio experience). My strong commitment to lifelong learning allows me to provide the best possible service to my clients.

When I'm not working with clients in therapy, you can find me in search of my next outdoor adventure, drinking (too much) coffee, and spending time with loved ones.

I hope to have the honor of working alongside you!
