You don't have to listen to that deafening, degrading, and exhausting inner critic. When you notice that judgmental voice creeping in (or when it's full blast), remember that beating yourself up actually decreases your chance of acheiving your goals (research supports this!!), and then respond to yourself with kind thoughts + actions. Keep doing this until your ride out that wave of self-criticism.
